What is Zoho Recruit?
Zoho Recruit is Zoho’s applicant tracking system. It posts jobs to job boards and your career site, parses resumes into candidate records, tracks candidates through your hiring pipeline, schedules interviews and sends offer letters. It comes in a Corporate HR edition for in-house teams and a Staffing Agency edition with clients, submissions and portals.
How much does Zoho Recruit cost in the USA?
Corporate HR costs $25 per recruiter per month for Standard and $50 for Enterprise, billed yearly. Staffing Agency costs $25 for Standard, $50 for Professional and $75 for Enterprise. Monthly billing costs more ($30, $60 and $90), and there is a free edition for one active job. All figures are USD before tax. Setting up Zoho Recruit with us is its own fixed price, written into a signed BRD before we build a single pipeline.
Should we choose the Staffing Agency or Corporate HR edition?
Choose Staffing Agency if you place candidates with outside clients, because it adds clients, contacts, submissions to clients and, on Enterprise, client and vendor portals. Choose Corporate HR if you hire for your own company, because it focuses on hiring managers, assessments, offer letter templates, approvals and the Zoho People hand-off. We confirm the right edition on your discovery call.
Does Zoho Recruit parse resumes automatically?
Yes. Zoho Recruit parses resumes into candidate fields such as name, contact details, experience and skills. The Staffing Agency edition parses up to 250 resumes a day on Standard, 500 on Professional and an unlimited number on Enterprise. The Resume Extractor extension for Chrome can also add a candidate from a profile on a web page.
Does Zoho Recruit use AI to match candidates?
Yes. Zia, Zoho’s built-in AI, grades and ranks candidates by how well they match a job’s requirements, so recruiters can read the strongest applicants first. In Corporate HR, AI candidate matching is part of the Enterprise edition. We can also build AI agents on Claude, OpenAI or Gemini that connect to Zoho Recruit through Zoho MCP, with your recruiters approving key steps.
Does Zoho Recruit have a client portal for staffing agencies?
Yes. On the Staffing Agency Enterprise edition, clients can add job openings, review the candidates you submit and make interview decisions in their own portal. A vendor portal lets subcontracting agencies submit candidates to your jobs. Ten portal licenses are included, and more can be added.
Can Zoho Recruit send offer letters for e-signature?
Yes. Zoho Recruit builds offer letters from templates with merge fields, can send an offer for approval when pay crosses a limit you set, and lets candidates sign through Zoho Sign, DocuSign or Adobe Sign. Recruiters are notified when a candidate accepts.
Zoho Recruit vs Bullhorn: which is better for a staffing agency?
For small and mid-size US agencies, Zoho Recruit usually costs far less. Staffing Professional is $50 per recruiter per month billed yearly, while Bullhorn is reported at $99 to $165 per user before implementation and add-ons. Bullhorn can still suit large firms that run pay, bill and VMS feeds through its back office, and we will tell you honestly which fits.
Zoho Recruit vs Greenhouse: which should we pick?
Greenhouse is quote-only and priced by company size, and suits larger companies with structured interviewing and many connected HR tools. Zoho Recruit publishes its prices, charges per recruiter and covers job posting, pipelines, offer approvals and onboarding hand-off for most small and mid-size US companies at a lower cost.
Can you migrate our data into Zoho Recruit?
Yes. We handle Zoho Recruit migration from Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, other applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets. We map every field, run a test migration you review, then move candidates, resumes, jobs, clients, notes and history, and train your recruiters.
How long does a Zoho Recruit setup take?
It depends on your edition, data migration, customization and integrations. We write the scope into a BRD first, then give you a dated schedule covering every pipeline, job board connection, candidate import and recruiter training session, so you can plan your next hiring push around go-live.
What does Zoho Recruit integrate with?
Zoho Recruit integrates with job boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, background check providers and video interview tools. It also connects to Zoho People for onboarding, Zoho Sign for offer letters and Zoho CRM for agency client sales. In-house teams that also want onboarding and pay handled can add Zoho People and Zoho Payroll through our HR & Payroll bundle, so a new hire moves from offer to first paycheck in Zoho.
Is Zoho Recruit good for a small business?
Yes. Zoho Recruit for small business starts with a free edition for one active job, and Corporate HR Standard costs $25 per recruiter per month billed yearly. You get job board posting, a career site and a clean hiring pipeline without paying for your whole headcount.
Do you provide Zoho Recruit support and training after go-live?
Yes. After go-live our Zoho Recruit consultants provide ongoing support, admin help, new automations and training for new recruiters and hiring managers, online or on-site in Southern California.
Do hiring managers need a paid Zoho Recruit seat?
No. Zoho Recruit is priced per recruiter, so hiring managers who only review candidates don’t need a paid seat. Only the people running searches and pipelines count toward your license total.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
