01Inside the call

Where do the 30 minutes of your consultation go?

Into four blocks, and more than half of it is you talking. A quick hello from us, a quick picture of your business, then the real conversation: what isn’t working, what you run today and what you expect. We finish by laying out how we’d plan it and what happens next. Nobody pitches a package.

  1. Who we are in plain words: a Zoho, AWS, Shopify and WordPress team led from Glendale, working with US businesses since 2025, and who from our side is on the call today.

  2. What you sell, who your customers are, how big the team is and which departments would use the system. Just enough for us to picture your day.

  3. The longest part, and it belongs to you. Walk us through what isn’t working, the tools and spreadsheets you run today, where things fall between the cracks, and what a good result would look like. We listen, take notes and ask the awkward questions early.

  4. How we would approach it: the likely apps, the order we’d tackle things in, and what happens next, whether that’s a scoping session, a written proposal or a fixed price in a signed BRD. If another partner or a simpler tool suits you better, we’ll say so.

What happens after the consultation?

You get a written recap with the next step we agreed. Small, clear projects are often scoped on that first call. Bigger ones, like a full Zoho One rollout or a move off another platform, may need a paid scoping and BRD phase, and we’ll quote that up front. Nothing is built until the BRD is signed.

How long is the free consultation?

30 minutes on an online video call. We keep to the top one to three things you want solved, so you leave with a clear next step.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The first discovery call is free and there is no obligation. On bigger projects, such as a full Zoho One rollout or a migration from another platform, the scoping and BRD phase may be paid, and we quote that up front before any work starts.

Who will I speak with?

Our senior team, usually the lead consultant for your platform. One of our co-founders, Ikramul Karim (Co-Founder and CEO) or Khris Kakosimidi (Co-Founder and CFO), joins when the project calls for it. Either way, someone who knows the work picks up.

What should I prepare for the call?

Nothing formal. Have a short description of the problem, the tools you use today, who makes the decision and any deadline you are working toward. The prep list on this page builds a checklist for your topics.

What happens after the call?

You get a written recap with the next step we agreed. Small projects are often scoped on the first call. Larger ones go through scoping and a BRD, and nothing is built until the BRD is signed at a fixed price with a delivery schedule.

Will you give me a price on the call?

We can talk through vendor list prices for Zoho, AWS, Shopify or Stripe and explain what makes a project bigger or smaller. Our own work is a fixed price, agreed in a signed BRD once the scope is clear, so we don’t guess a total on the call.

What can we talk about on the consultation?

Zoho apps such as Zoho One, Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, AWS cloud hosting and builds, Shopify stores, WordPress websites, Stripe payments, custom apps on Zoho Creator and Catalyst, and AI / SI agents that work inside those systems.

Can you help us switch from another CRM or accounting tool?

Yes. Moving to Zoho from tools like Salesforce, HubSpot or QuickBooks is a common topic. Bring the name of your current tool, roughly how many records you have and your contract end date, and we will talk through the route.

What if none of the time slots work for me?

Email [email protected] or use the form at the bottom of this page, tell us your time zone, and we will find a time outside the calendar’s usual hours.

Can my team or IT partner join the call?

Yes, and it often helps. Forward the calendar invite from your confirmation email to them. The person who signs off on the decision is especially welcome.

Do you work with businesses outside the United States?

Yes. We are based in Glendale, in the Los Angeles area, and work with businesses across the US, Canada and Latin America. Calls happen online, and we can meet in person in Southern California when that helps.

Can we meet in person in Los Angeles?

The first consultation is online so it is quick to schedule. If you are in Southern California and an in-person session makes sense later, for example a workshop or team training, we can arrange it.

What is SI?

SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
