Quick answers about the free consultation, pricing and how we work.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and there is no obligation. We use it to understand your tools and goals and to tell you honestly what would help.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on the apps and users involved, data migration, customization, integrations and any AI agent work. Only the first call is free. A small project can be quoted straight after it; a larger one may need a paid scoping phase first, which we quote before it begins. Either way, the build gets a fixed price in a BRD you sign before any work starts, and anything new you add later is priced as a change first.
Do you work with companies outside California?
Yes. We are based in Glendale, in the Los Angeles area, and work with clients across the United States, Canada and Latin America, both online and on-site.
What should I prepare before the call?
A list of the tools you use today, roughly how many people use them, and the two or three problems you most want to fix. Screenshots or exports help but are not required.
Can you help if we already use Zoho?
Yes. Many clients come to us to fix, extend or connect an existing Zoho setup, add Zoho apps, connect AWS, Shopify or WordPress, or add AI agents through Zoho MCP.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
