AWS Partner in the USA · Los Angeles, CA

AWS consulting and migration partner for US businesses

Your cloud, drawn properly once, then wired into the Zoho apps your team already lives in.

We’re an AWS Partner in Glendale, in the Los Angeles area, and a Zoho Advanced Partner. We plan and run AWS migrations, set up accounts and security the way AWS recommends, cut waste from monthly bills, and build AI (now also called SI, super intelligence) features on Amazon Bedrock. Then we connect it all to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and the rest, so your data stops living in two worlds.

  • Zoho and AWS built by one team
  • Cost review before and after you move
  • AI / SI on Bedrock, inside your AWS account

01Why AWS with us

Why US companies hire us for AWS consulting

AWS can run almost anything, which is exactly why it gets messy. Most of the AWS accounts we’re asked to look at work fine but cost more than they should, have no clear owner for security, and don’t talk to the CRM or accounting system. These six habits are how we keep that from happening to yours.

  1. 01

One team owns both sides of the wire

We’re a Zoho Advanced Partner, a Zoho Catalyst Partner and an AWS Partner. When a sync between Zoho CRM and your AWS app breaks, there’s no “ask the other vendor”. The same engineers built both ends.

    Zoho + AWS, one team
  2. 02

The bill gets read before anything moves

We size servers to what they actually use, then look at commitment pricing. AWS lists Savings Plans at up to 72% off On-Demand and Spot capacity at up to 90% off. What you’ll really save depends on how steady your usage is, and we show you the math.

    AWS list discounts
  3. 03

Security basics go in on day one

MFA on the root user, people signing in through IAM Identity Center, least-privilege roles, CloudTrail logging and budget alerts. Boring, and it prevents most of the horror stories.

  4. 04

Reviewed against all six Well-Architected pillars

Operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization and sustainability. AWS’s Well-Architected Tool is free in the console; we do the review work and turn the findings into a fix list.

  5. 05

AI / SI that keeps your data in your account

With Amazon Bedrock, AWS says your prompts and outputs aren’t used to improve the base models and aren’t shared with the model providers. That makes it an easy yes for owners who were nervous about pasting customer data into a chatbot.

  6. 06

Sometimes the honest answer isn’t AWS

If a few small functions just need to react to Zoho data, Zoho Catalyst can be simpler to run. If two apps only need a no-code hand-off, Zoho Flow does it. We pick per job, because we build on all three.

    We build on both

02How an AWS migration runs

AWS migration in five waves, low-risk apps first

Good AWS migrations don’t move everything on one weekend. We sort every app with AWS’s “7 Rs” (retire, retain, rehost, relocate, repurchase, replatform, refactor), build a secure landing zone, prove the process on one quiet app, then move the important systems in planned cutover windows. Modernizing comes after the move, once things are stable.

  1. Wave 0 Assess

    Know what you’re moving

We list every server, database, cron job and who depends on what. Each app gets one of the 7 Rs, and a few usually get retired outright.

    • Inventory
    • 7 Rs per app
    • Cost baseline
  2. Wave 1 Foundation

    Landing zone before any app

Separate accounts for production and testing, sign-in through IAM Identity Center, a VPC laid out for growth, CloudTrail logging, tags and budget alerts.

  3. Wave 2 Pilot

    One quiet app goes first

An internal tool or a reporting job is rehosted end to end. The runbook, backups and rollback get tested on something nobody will lose sleep over.

    • Rehost
    • Runbook
    • Rollback test
  4. Wave 3 Core systems

The apps that pay the bills

Databases replatform to Amazon RDS where it makes sense, data is kept in sync until cutover, and each switch happens in a window your team agreed to.

    • Replatform
    • Data sync
    • Cutover window
  5. Wave 4 Optimize

    Tune, commit, connect

With a few weeks of real usage, we rightsize, look at Savings Plans, move hot spots to containers or Lambda, and wire the new systems into Zoho.

03Try it · sample numbers

See the shape of an AWS bill before you get one

AWS charges for what you use, so a bill is a stack of small meters. In the first panel, move the sliders and watch storage, data transfer and Lambda add up using AWS’s published US East rates. In the second, enter a monthly compute spend and see the most each pricing option could take off it. Treat them as ceilings and samples.

Usage meters US East (N. Virginia) list rates

About $0 a month for these three meters.

Compute pricing options Ceilings AWS publishes

On-Demand: $4,000 a month. No commitment, pay by the second or hour.

The baseline. Fine for spiky or short-lived work, the most expensive way to run anything steady.

Sample inputs. Rates are AWS list prices for US East (N. Virginia) and change by Region; Lambda duration is billed at $0.0000166667 per GB-second after 400,000 free GB-seconds a month. Savings Plans and Spot figures are the “up to” maximums AWS advertises, the best case rather than the usual one. We run the real numbers from your own usage on a call.

04AWS consulting services

What our AWS consultants actually do

Six kinds of AWS work make up nearly everything we’re asked for. Some clients need one, most end up with three or four over a year. Pick the row that sounds like your problem.

AWS migration

From your own servers, a colocation rack, shared hosting, Heroku or another cloud. Planned in waves, with tested rollback.

For: aging servers, hosting renewals, a data center lease ending

Landing zone and security setup

Multi-account structure, IAM Identity Center, network design, logging, alarms and backups, set up before the first workload.

For: new AWS accounts, or one account that grew without a plan

AWS cost optimization

Rightsizing, idle resource cleanup, storage tiers, Savings Plans coverage and tagging so each team sees its own spend.

For: a bill that keeps growing while traffic doesn’t

Apps, APIs and modernization

Containers on ECS or EKS, serverless with Lambda and API Gateway, and the CI/CD pipeline to ship it safely.

For: a monolith that’s hard to change, or a new customer portal

Zoho + AWS integration

Webhooks, queues and APIs that keep Zoho CRM, Books and Inventory in step with what runs on AWS. Our specialty, see below.

For: anyone typing the same order into two systems

AI / SI on AWS

Assistants and agents on Amazon Bedrock that answer from your documents and Zoho records, plus SageMaker when a custom model is truly needed.

For: support teams, ops teams and anyone drowning in PDFs

The AWS services we touch most often each have their own page, with the setups we use and how each one talks to Zoho:

05Zoho + AWS integration

Where AWS meets Zoho, and why that’s our favorite part

Most businesses we meet run sales and finance in Zoho and their product, portal or data on AWS. The gap between them gets filled by exports and copy-paste. We close it with a few proven patterns. Pick one to see the path a record takes.

No code needed for simple hand-offs? Zoho Flow covers a lot. Functions that mostly live next to Zoho data? Look at Zoho Catalyst. Moving business apps off old software at the same time? See switching to Zoho.

  1. Zoho CRMDeal marked Closed Won
  2. API GatewayWebhook received, signature checked
  3. LambdaCreates the customer account
  4. Your app on RDSCustomer can log in the same minute

Good for SaaS products, portals and onboarding. Sales closes, the product account exists, nobody files a ticket.

  1. Your appOrder or usage event
  2. SQS queueHolds it if Zoho is busy
  3. LambdaMaps it to a Zoho invoice
  4. Zoho BooksInvoice raised, revenue posted

The queue matters. API limits and timeouts happen; a queue means no order is lost, it just waits and retries.

  1. RDS or RedshiftProduct and usage data
  2. Zoho AnalyticsPulls it on a schedule
  3. Joined with CRMUsage next to revenue
  4. One dashboardOwners stop asking for exports

Zoho Analytics can read from Amazon Redshift and the common databases on RDS, so product data and sales data finally share a chart.

  1. Your team asks“Which accounts renew this month?”
  2. Bedrock agentPlans the lookup
  3. Zoho CRM APIRead-only, scoped access
  4. Answer + logEvery call recorded

Agents get the narrowest access that does the job, and Guardrails filter what goes in and out. Read-only first; writing back comes later, with approval.

06Why Elite Tech Global for AWS

Who you actually work with on an AWS project

An AWS environment lives long after the migration weekend. You want people who still pick up when the bill or the architecture needs a second look. This is who we are.

  • Amazon Web ServicesAWS Partner
  • ZohoZoho Advanced Partner
  • Zoho CatalystZoho Catalyst Partner
  1. An AWS Partner with Zoho depth

We are an AWS Partner and a certified Zoho Advanced Partner, which pays off when your AWS workloads have to trade data with Zoho apps every day.

  2. 300+ projects since 2025

Cloud builds, integrations and business systems for companies across the US, Canada and Latin America, led from our office in Glendale, California.

  3. Consulting fees that don’t float with usage

Accounts, networks, workloads and cutover steps go into a signed BRD with a fixed fee, so our cost stays put even when your AWS bill moves.

  4. Engineers who stick around

Our 40+ person in-house team keeps training your staff and tuning the setup after go-live, long after the architecture diagram is signed off.

07AWS pricing, in plain words

How much does AWS cost? It depends on four levers

There’s no AWS price list for “a website” or “a company”. Each service has its own meter: hours or seconds of compute, gigabytes stored, gigabytes sent out, requests, tokens. The total depends on what you run, in which Region, and how you choose to pay for it. Here are the four ways to pay, then a few real list rates so you can see the scale.

  1. On-Demand

Pay as you go, no commitment. The default, and the most expensive way to run anything that never turns off.

    Baseline
  2. Savings Plans

Commit to a steady dollar-per-hour amount for 1 or 3 years. Compute Savings Plans flex across instance types; EC2 Instance Savings Plans lock to a family for a deeper cut.

    Up to 66% / 72% off
  3. Spot

Spare AWS capacity at a steep discount, which AWS can take back with short notice. Great for batch jobs and testing, wrong for your main database.

    Up to 90% off
  4. Free Tier

New accounts get $100 in credits, plus up to $100 more for trying key services, on a free plan that lasts up to 6 months. 30+ services also have always-free monthly limits.

    Up to $200 credits

Amazon S3 StandardStorage, plus requests$0.023per GB-month, first 50 TB · PUT $0.005 and GET $0.0004 per 1,000 requestsNew-account credits apply

Data transfer outData sent to the internet$0.09per GB for the first 10 TB, cheaper after that100 GB, across all AWS services

Amazon EC2Instance time, by sizePer instance typeOn-Demand by the second or hour, lower with Savings Plans or SpotNew-account credits apply

AWS list prices in USD, before tax, for US East (N. Virginia); other US Regions like Oregon can differ. AWS adjusts rates and Free Tier terms from time to time, so we pull current figures from your Region when we size anything. Our AWS work is quoted separately as a fixed price in a signed BRD, never as a cut of your cloud bill.

08AWS vs the alternatives

AWS vs Azure, Google Cloud and Zoho Catalyst: which fits you?

All three big clouds can run a US business well, and their prices land closer than the marketing suggests. The deciding factors are usually what your team already knows, what your other software favors, and how much plumbing you want to own. Here’s our honest read.

PlatformUsually the best fit when…Commitment discountsWatch out for
AWSYou want the widest choice of services, Bedrock for AI / SI, and a huge hiring poolSavings Plans, Reserved Instances, SpotSo many options that accounts sprawl without a plan
Microsoft AzureYou’re deep in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows serversReservations and savings plansLicensing rules that take a specialist to read
Google CloudAnalytics and data teams living in BigQueryCommitted use discountsSmaller partner and hiring pool in many US cities
Zoho CatalystCustom functions and small apps that mostly work on Zoho dataUsage-based, with a free tierNarrower service catalog than any big cloud

Where we’d tell you not to pick AWS: a Microsoft-only shop with a strong Azure admin should probably stay on Azure. A brochure website doesn’t need a VPC; managed WordPress hosting is simpler (see our WordPress work). And if all you need is a handful of scripts reacting to Zoho records, Zoho Catalyst is less to look after.

10AWS security basics

AWS secures the cloud. Your settings are on you

That split is AWS’s shared responsibility model: AWS runs the data centers, hardware and core services, and you control who can log in, what’s public and what’s encrypted. In our reading, many cloud breaches in the news trace back to one misconfigured setting, such as a public bucket or an unused access key. This is the checklist we put in place on every account.

Tap what your account already has: 0 of 6.

Under HIPAA, PCI or a SOC 2 audit? AWS offers eligible services and its own compliance reports, but your compliance is still yours. We build the technical controls your auditor or compliance lead asks for, and we don’t certify anything ourselves.

11AI / SI on AWS

AI / SI on Amazon Bedrock, grounded in your own data

Amazon Bedrock gives you models from Anthropic, Meta, Mistral AI, Amazon and others through one AWS API, billed per token in your own account. We use it to build assistants and agents that answer from your files and Zoho records instead of guessing.

Knowledge Bases
Point it at your PDFs, policies and help articles in S3 and the model answers from them, with the source attached.
Guardrails
Content filters, denied topics and sensitive-information filters, so the assistant stays on the job.
Agents
Multi-step tasks that call your APIs and Zoho, with each action logged. Bedrock Agents or AgentCore, depending on the job.
SageMaker
For the rarer case where you need to train or host your own model.

Want AI / SI inside Zoho itself? Our Zoho CRM team sets up Zia and agents there too, and the homepage shows how our AI agents work.

12Typical AWS projects

Four shapes an AWS project with us usually takes

Every AWS engagement gets its own scope, and a lot of them start small: one review, one fix list, then a bigger piece once trust is built. After go-live we stay on for AWS support, so alarms, patches and new features aren’t left to whoever has time. If a new account, Region or Zoho sync joins the plan after sign-off, it’s priced as a change you approve before anyone builds it.

13How an AWS project starts

No AWS resource gets created until the plan is signed

Four steps turn “our cloud is a mess” into a written plan with a price. A cost review of a single account can often be scoped on the first call. A multi-account migration or a data center exit may need a paid assessment and BRD phase first, and we’ll quote that up front.

AWS work runs remotely for teams across the US, Canada and Latin America; for migrations in Southern California we’re happy to stand in the server room with you.

14AWS questions

What US teams ask before hiring an AWS partner

Straight answers on AWS consulting, migration, pricing, security, Bedrock and Zoho integration. Something specific to your account? Bring your last AWS bill to the first call; it costs nothing.

What does an AWS consulting partner do?

An AWS consulting partner plans, builds and looks after workloads on Amazon Web Services for you. At Elite Tech Global that means AWS migration, landing zone and security setup, cost optimization, apps and APIs on containers or Lambda, AI / SI on Amazon Bedrock, and connecting all of it to Zoho. We are an AWS Partner based in Glendale, in the Los Angeles area.

How much does AWS cost for a small or mid-size US business?

AWS is usage-based, so there is no flat price. Each service has its own meter. For example, in US East (N. Virginia) S3 Standard storage is $0.023 per GB-month for the first 50 TB, Lambda is $0.20 per million requests after 1 million free each month, and data sent to the internet is $0.09 per GB after the first 100 GB free each month. Your total depends on what you run, the Region and whether you use Savings Plans or Spot. We size it from your real usage before you commit.

How do you lower an AWS bill?

We start with rightsizing servers and databases to what they actually use and removing idle resources, then move rarely used data to cheaper storage tiers. For steady usage we look at Savings Plans, which AWS lists at up to 72% off On-Demand, and for interruptible jobs Spot capacity, listed at up to 90% off. Tags and budget alerts then show each team its own spend so the bill stays down.

How does an AWS migration work, and how long does it take?

We run it in waves: assess every app and pick one of AWS’s 7 Rs for it, build a secure landing zone, move one low-risk pilot app, then move core systems in agreed cutover windows, and optimize after. How long it takes depends on how many apps and databases move and how much changes on the way, so the signed BRD gives each wave and cutover its own date before work starts.

Can you connect AWS to Zoho CRM and Zoho Books?

Yes, that is our specialty. Common patterns are Zoho CRM webhooks into API Gateway and Lambda to create accounts in your app, orders from your AWS app queued in SQS and posted to Zoho Books as invoices, AWS databases feeding Zoho Analytics dashboards, and Bedrock agents with read-only access to Zoho CRM. For simple hand-offs Zoho Flow may be enough, and for small functions near Zoho data Zoho Catalyst can be simpler.

Should we use AWS Lambda or Zoho Catalyst for our custom code?

If the code mostly reacts to Zoho records and is fairly small, Zoho Catalyst is often less to run. If you already have a lot on AWS, need services like Bedrock, a private VPC or heavy compute, AWS Lambda is usually the better home. We are both a Zoho Catalyst Partner and an AWS Partner, so we recommend whichever fits.

Is AWS secure enough for customer and financial data?

AWS secures the data centers, hardware and core services, and you control access, network exposure and encryption. That is the shared responsibility model. We set up the basics on every account: MFA on the root user, sign-in through IAM Identity Center, least-privilege roles, CloudTrail logging, encryption with KMS, tested backups, GuardDuty and budget alerts.

Can you help with HIPAA or SOC 2 on AWS?

We build the technical controls your auditor or compliance lead asks for, such as encryption, logging, access reviews and backups, using AWS services that support those programs. We do not certify anything ourselves, and your compliance program stays yours.

What is Amazon Bedrock and is our data safe with it?

Amazon Bedrock is the AWS service for building AI / SI apps with models from providers like Anthropic, Meta, Mistral AI and Amazon through one API, billed per token. AWS states that your prompts and outputs are not used to improve the base models and are not shared with the model providers. We add Knowledge Bases so answers come from your own documents, and Guardrails to filter what goes in and out.

What does the AWS Free Tier include now?

New AWS customers get $100 in credits at sign-up and can earn up to $100 more by trying key services, on a free plan that lasts up to 6 months or until the credits run out. More than 30 services also have always-free monthly limits, such as 1 million Lambda requests a month.

What is an AWS Well-Architected review?

It is a structured check of a workload against AWS’s six pillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization and sustainability. The Well-Architected Tool is free in the AWS console. We do the review, then hand you a ranked fix list with the effort each item takes.

Do you offer AWS support after go-live?

Yes. After go-live we keep providing AWS support: watching alarms and costs, patching, adding features and helping your team, online or on-site in Southern California. The level of ongoing support is agreed in writing like everything else.

How do you price your AWS work?

Talking through your AWS account with us costs nothing on the first call. After that, each AWS project is a fixed price agreed in a signed BRD, with a delivery schedule. Larger migrations may need a paid assessment first, which we quote up front. AWS bills you directly for the cloud usage itself.

What is SI?

SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
