Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Elite Tech Global collects through elitetech-global.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
The short version
- We collect what you give us (like your name, work email and project details) and basic data about how you use the site.
- We use it to reply to you, plan and quote projects, run our business and improve the site.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Trusted providers, such as Zoho and Google, help us run the site and store information for us.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.
01Who we are
This website is operated by Elite Tech Global (“Elite Tech Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Elite Tech Global, 237 N Central Ave, Ste A, Glendale, CA 91203, United States. We are a Zoho and AWS implementation partner serving businesses in the United States, Canada and Latin America.
This policy applies to information collected through elitetech-global.com and related pages, forms, chat and scheduling tools (the “Site”). Information we receive while delivering paid services to clients is governed by the agreement with that client.
02Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a meeting, chat with us, subscribe to updates or email us, we collect what you provide, which may include:
- Name, work email address, phone number and company name
- Your job title or role, if you share it
- The services or platforms you are interested in, and your message or project details
- Meeting date and time preferences, and anything you share during a call or chat
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers collect:
- Device and browser details, IP address and approximate location (city or region) derived from it
- Pages you view, links you click, how you reached the Site and the time and date of your visit
- Campaign details in the link you followed, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers (for example gclid, fbclid or msclkid)
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see “Cookies and similar technologies”)
Information from others. We may receive business contact details from referral partners or public professional sources, and information from our service providers about how you interact with our emails.
03How we use information
- Respond to your questions, requests and meeting bookings
- Prepare scoping, proposals and fixed-price quotes, and deliver the services you engage us for
- Send you information you asked for, and, where allowed, occasional updates about our services (you can unsubscribe any time)
- Understand how the Site is used, measure our marketing and improve our content and design
- Keep the Site and our systems secure, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
We do not use your information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based solely on automated processing.
Marketing emails. We send occasional updates only to people who tick the optional “send me occasional updates” box on our forms, or who otherwise agree. Every update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at [email protected]. Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not sign you up.
05Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep it working (for example, remembering a form you started), to measure traffic with tools such as Google Analytics, and to support live chat.
Essential cookies and local storage keep the Site working and remember your choices; they are always on. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the cookie panel shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or block and delete cookies in your browser settings.
Unsent forms. If a form can’t be sent because of a connection problem, a copy of what you typed is kept in your own browser’s local storage so it can be sent again automatically on your next page view. It is deleted once it goes through, and unsent copies are dropped after 7 days.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and advertising cookies and of any sale or sharing of personal information, and we do not show analytics cookies to that browser.
06Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), gives you rights over your personal information. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described in “Information we collect”: identifiers, professional or commercial information, internet activity and approximate location. We collect them from the sources and use them for the business purposes described above, and we disclose them to the service providers listed in “How we share information”.
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you, and receive a copy
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
We do not sell personal information. If we use advertising cookies that count as “sharing” under the CCPA, you can opt out by using a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out request, or by emailing us.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your identity using information we already hold, and respond within 45 days (or tell you if we need more time, as the law allows). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
07Other US states and Canada
Residents of other US states with consumer privacy laws, and individuals in Canada, can make the same requests described above to access, correct or delete their personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising, by emailing us. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will reply to appeals within the time required by your local law.
08How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as following up on your enquiry, maintaining our client relationship and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
09How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable cloud providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Where information is processed
We are based in the United States. The information you send through our forms and booking calendar is stored in Zoho’s United States data centers (Zoho CRM and Zoho Bookings). Some other service providers may process limited information in other countries where they operate; when that happens we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it. If you are in Canada, including Quebec, your information may therefore be stored and accessed outside your province or country.
11Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12Links to other websites
The Site may refer to third-party products or websites, such as Zoho or AWS. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, so please review their policies.
13Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, if the changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice.
14Contact us
