What is Zoho Inventory?
Zoho Inventory is Zoho’s inventory and order management app. It tracks stock across warehouses and bins, handles purchase orders and sales orders, picking, packing and shipping, serial and batch numbers, barcodes and kits, and syncs orders and stock with Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy.
Does Zoho Inventory sync stock across Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy?
Yes. When you connect Shopify, Amazon, eBay or Etsy, each unfulfilled sale comes into Zoho Inventory as a sales order, and your stock on hand is updated across all the connected channels. Items need matching SKUs in each store, which we clean up during setup.
Does Zoho Inventory track serial numbers, batches and expiry dates?
Yes, on the Premium plan and above. You can track each unit by serial number, or each lot by batch number with its expiry date, then trace a serial or batch back to the orders it went out on.
Can Zoho Inventory print shipping labels with live carrier rates?
Yes. Zoho Inventory connects to UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL, plus EasyPost for more carriers. You can compare real-time rates, print the label from the package and send the tracking number back to the customer and the marketplace.
Does Zoho Inventory create purchase orders at the reorder point?
Zoho Inventory flags any item that drops below its reorder point and lists it under replenishments, where one click turns it into a purchase order or transfer order to your preferred vendor. If you want draft POs created on a schedule, we set that up with automation or an AI / SI agent, and a person still approves each one.
How much does Zoho Inventory cost in the USA?
Zoho Inventory is priced per organization, with users included. Billed yearly in USD before tax, Standard is $29 a month, Premium $79, Plus $129 and Enterprise $249. Monthly billing is $39, $99, $159 and $299. There is a free plan for up to 50 orders a month. Our Zoho Inventory setup is quoted on its own as a fixed price, written into a signed BRD before any data moves.
What does each Zoho Inventory plan include?
Standard includes 500 orders a month, 3 users and 2 warehouses. Premium includes 3,000 orders, 5 users and 4 warehouses, plus serial and batch tracking, barcodes and bins. Plus includes 7,500 orders, 10 users, 6 warehouses and a Zoho Commerce online store. Enterprise includes 15,000 orders, 10 users, 10 warehouses and Zoho Analytics. Extra users, orders and warehouses can be added on any paid plan.
Zoho Inventory vs Cin7 Core: which is better for a US seller?
For most small and mid-size US sellers, Zoho Inventory costs far less. Zoho Inventory Premium is $79 a month billed yearly for 3,000 orders and 5 users, while Cin7 Core starts at $349 a month and its Pro plan is $599. Cin7 Core goes deeper on some manufacturing and 3PL features, so very high-volume operations should compare both. Bring your monthly order count and warehouse list to the discovery call and we’ll compare them for you.
Zoho Inventory vs QuickBooks: do we need both?
QuickBooks Online is accounting software with basic inventory, and multi-warehouse tracking with bins needs QuickBooks Enterprise Platinum. Zoho Inventory handles stock, warehouses and orders, and pairs with Zoho Books for accounting. Some clients keep QuickBooks for the books and use Zoho Inventory for operations, and others move everything to Zoho.
Can you migrate us from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, Cin7 or Fishbowl?
Yes. Our Zoho Inventory migration covers items, variants, kits, customers, vendors, open orders and opening stock by warehouse. We clean up SKUs first, run a test import you review, and cut over after a fresh stock count so your numbers start right.
How long does Zoho Inventory setup take?
It depends on your number of items, warehouses, sales channels, data migration and customization. The signed BRD puts every warehouse, channel connection and SKU import on a dated schedule, so you know your cutover day before we start.
Which Zoho Inventory integrations do you set up?
The ones we set up most are Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and WooCommerce for sales channels, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and EasyPost for shipping, Zoho Books or QuickBooks for accounting, Zoho CRM for sales teams and Stripe for payments. For anything else we build custom integrations with Zoho Flow, webhooks or the Zoho Inventory API.
Is Zoho Inventory good for a small business?
Yes. Zoho Inventory for small business starts with a free plan for up to 50 orders a month, and Standard costs $29 a month billed yearly for 500 orders and 3 users. You only move up a plan when your order volume or tracking needs grow.
Do you provide Zoho Inventory support and training after go-live?
Yes. After go-live our Zoho Inventory consultants provide ongoing support, new channels and automations, and Zoho Inventory training for new warehouse and purchasing staff, online or on-site in Southern California.
Does Zoho Inventory handle dropshipping and backorders?
Yes. Kits, dropshipping and backorders are already part of the free plan, which covers 1 user, 1 warehouse and up to 50 orders a month. That lets a seller test how drop-shipped and back-ordered items move through sales orders before choosing a paid plan by order volume.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
