What is Zoho Analytics?
Zoho Analytics is Zoho’s business intelligence and reporting software. It pulls data from 50+ business apps, files and databases, cleans and joins it, and turns it into reports and dashboards. Ask Zia lets people ask questions in plain English, and it includes forecasting, what-if analysis, data alerts and embedded or white-label dashboards.
How much does Zoho Analytics cost in the USA?
Zoho Analytics is priced per account with users included. Billed yearly in USD, Basic is $24 a month (2 users, 0.5M rows), Standard $48 (5 users, 1M rows), Premium $115 (15 users, 5M rows) and Enterprise $455 (50 users, 50M rows). Monthly billing is $30, $60, $145 and $575. A free plan covers 2 users and 10,000 rows. Extra users cost $6.40 a month billed yearly. Building your data model and dashboards is a separate fixed price, written into a signed BRD before we connect anything.
Zoho Analytics vs Power BI: which is better for a US business?
Power BI Pro is $14 per user per month, so a team of 15 pays $210 a month, while Zoho Analytics Premium covers 15 users for $115. Zoho Analytics also has ready-made connectors for Zoho, QuickBooks, Shopify and Salesforce with reports included. If your company already has Microsoft 365 E5, which includes Power BI Pro, staying on Power BI usually makes more sense, and we will say so.
Zoho Analytics vs Tableau: what is the difference?
Tableau is priced per user by role: Creator $75, Explorer $42 and Viewer $15 per month, billed yearly. It is strong for specialist analysts building custom visuals. Zoho Analytics suits teams that want business-app connectors, ready-made reports and plain-English questions at a lower total cost, with users included in the plan.
Can Zoho Analytics answer questions in plain English?
Yes. With Ask Zia, from the Standard plan, you type a question like revenue by region last quarter and Zia builds a report or KPI widget. On Premium and Enterprise, the Ask Zia agent can also explain what drove a change and suggest next steps.
Can Zoho Analytics combine data from Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and QuickBooks?
Yes. Each source syncs into its own table and we join them on a shared field like customer email or invoice number. That lets you report across tools, for example deal value next to paid invoices, or ad spend per new paying customer.
Do viewers need a paid user license in Zoho Analytics?
People who build or edit reports count as users, and every plan includes some. People who only view and filter dashboards can be added as viewers, sold in packs that start at 25 viewers, or you can share reports publicly or through private links where that is appropriate.
Can you migrate our reports from Power BI, Tableau or Excel?
Yes. Our Zoho Analytics migration starts with an inventory of the reports people actually use. We connect the sources, rebuild the data model and formulas, check the numbers against your old reports and then rebuild the dashboards, so nothing changes without you knowing.
How long does a Zoho Analytics setup take?
It depends on how many sources you connect, how clean the data is and how many dashboards you need. Before we connect a single source, the signed BRD lists every connector, data model and dashboard with its delivery date, so you know your go-live timeline up front.
Is Zoho Analytics good for a small business?
Yes. Zoho Analytics for small business starts with a free plan for 2 users, and Basic costs $24 a month billed yearly for 2 users and half a million rows. Most small teams that want to blend several apps start on Standard at $48 a month with 5 users.
Can we embed Zoho Analytics dashboards or share them with clients?
Yes. You can embed reports in a website or app, share private links, or set up a branded analytics portal. Logo rebranding and live database connections start on the Premium plan.
Do you provide Zoho Analytics support and training after go-live?
Yes. After go-live our Zoho Analytics consultants handle support, new reports and data sources, and training for report builders and viewers, online or on-site in Southern California.
How much data can Zoho Analytics hold on each plan?
Row limits grow with the plan. The free plan holds 10,000 rows, Basic 0.5M rows, Standard 1M, Premium 5M and Enterprise 50M. If your data is close to a limit, we size the plan against your real row counts during scoping.
What is SI?
SI stands for super intelligence. In September 2026 a US executive order asked federal agencies to use “super intelligence” or “SI” in place of “artificial intelligence” in official communications. Most businesses still say AI, so we use both terms.
